He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Barrett; and his brother Brent Barrett. He is survived by: his sons, Ian Barrett (Rachelle) and Brian Barrett (Donna Gee); his brother Reed Barrett (Petra); his sisters-in-law, Susan Barrett and Barb Hinton (Ron); and his cousin Paul Armstrong (Marilyn).
