She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Thornton and Muriel Thornton (Bannister); her brother Jim Thornton; and her son-in-law Chris Fullard. She is survived by: her children, Brian Garside (Charlene) and Annette Fullard (Chris); her grandchildren, Kaylin and Maks Garside; her husband David Garside; and her brothers, Aubrey and David Thornton.
