She was predeceased by: her husband John "Jack" Downes; and her parents, Hugh Bogie and Margaret Bogie (Kelly). She is survived by: her siblings, Sister Mary Jude, Josephine, Richard LaPlante, Anne, Hugh Timmons and Catherine Blom (late Bert); and her siblings-in-law, Joe Downes (late Margaret) and Eileen O'Farrell of Scotland. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
