She was predeceased by: her parents, Sydney Truman and Charlotte Truman (Wieler); her former husband Ray Self; her brothers-in-law, Glen Bertrand and Don Smith; and her sisters, Shirley Spark and Wendy Truman.
She is survived by: her children, Trish Self (Jeff Mogk) and Michael Self; her husband Ken McKay; and her siblings, Elaine Bertrand, Sheila Smith and Harry Truman. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
