Maartje Van Den Berge Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Maartje Van Den Berge of London, Ontario, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 20, 2025 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hendrik Bouwmeester and Neeltje Bouwmeester; her husband Cornelis Van Den Berge; her children, Casey, Jan and Adriaan; and her siblings, Grietje, Willempje, Elizabeth, Leentje, Reik, Aart and Pam.
She is survived by: her children, Mary of Petrolia, Henry, Pauline of London, Rick, Karen of Michigan, Ed, Sue of London, Nellie of London, Bill and Gillian of Nova Scotia; and her siblings, Maria, Nellie, Jan, Ann and Ed.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Forest Lawn Funeral Home (1997 Dundas St, London, ON N5V1P6). A memorial service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 1:45 PM to 2:00 PM at the Forest Lawn Cemetery (2001 Dundas St, London, ON N5V1P6).
