It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lisa-Ann LaForme of London, Ontario, born in Tillsonburg, Ontario, who passed away on August 17, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her stepmother Jean LaForme; and her pet Lady. She is survived by: her parents, Clifford Emerson LaForme of Mississaugas and Eva May Christoph of Walsingham; her children, Melissa, Edward (Becky), Samantha (Jeremy), Nicole, Trevor (Danielle), Dalton (Sabrina) and Sheldon (Rebecca); her stepson Trevor (Donnie); her grandchildren, Logan, Kodi, Shea, Serena, Gotham, Victoria, Hunter and Walker; her sisters, Lorie (Darryl LaForme), Jayne Ann, Juanita and Lori (Donny); her nieces, Chevon (Derek), Summer (Dylan), Alicia and Lisa (Tyler); and her stepfather Robert Smith (Tex).
