He was predeceased by: his sister Malgorzata; and his parents, Wlodzimierz and Konstancja. He is survived by: his wife Bogumila; his children, Tomek, Agnieszka (Matt) and Kasia (Lukasz); his grandchildren, Ella, Olivia, Emily, Mia and Niko; his siblings, Irek (Nadzieja) and Walentyna; and his mother-in-law Zdzislawa. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
