He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Parsons and Freida Parsons (Griffith); and his brothers-in-law, Tom Freel and Kenneth Zurbrigg. He is survived by: his wife Janet Parsons (Zurbrigg); his children, Nicole, Dan McLean, Robert and Katie Parsons; his grandchildren, Kyla, Hailey, Brianne, Myles, Luke, James and Ben; his siblings, Janet Parsons of Guelph, Earlene Freel, Richard (Susan Parsons), Jane (Patrick Gudgeon) and Jean Anne Zurbrigg of Welland; and his uncle Larry (Mugs).
