He was predeceased by: his father Robert; his in-law Konrad Gaisbauer (Grace); and his siblings, Ruth (Zoli), Bud (Pat), Bill Ted (Gail) and Doug.
He is survived by: his wife Cheri McLeod; his stepsons, Dan and Sean Smithers (Denise); and his siblings, Dave (Ena), John (Ruth), Byron (Betty), Don (Dale), Robin (Laurie) and Dorothy (Rob). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
