He was predeceased by: his son Jeff Ward; and his siblings, Maryann, Eric, Edward and Bettylou.
He is survived by: his children, Cindy Hoglund, Michelle McIntosh and Rob Teale; and his siblings, Eva May Lewis, Rena Mimms and Harry Ward.
