He was predeceased by: his parents, Adriaan Bakker and Cornelia Bakker; and his siblings, Piet, Kees, Martien, Lien, Suuis, Corrie, Metje and Nelly.
He is survived by: his spouse Corrie; his children, Adriaan (Jeff) and Helena (Ben); his grandchildren, Gregory (Amanda), Nicholas (Kathryn), Krista (Sarah), Laura, Melissa (Shaan) and Emily; and his great grandchildren, Reuben, Eleanor and Rayme. He is also survived by his many brothers and sisters in laws.
