He is survived by: his parents, Brent Berkelmans and Stephanie Ball; his sister Avery; his grandparents, Lisa Berkelmans, Bill and Rosemary Ball; his great-grandparents, Grant, Joyce Laur, Francis and Annamae Corriveau; and his great-great-grandparent Janette Ratcliffe. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
