He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Packowski and Rita Packowski. He is survived by: his siblings, Richard (Norma), Mary Margaret Kocha (Walter), Donna Packowski and Thomas (Judy); and his nieces and nephews, Sarah (Akaash), Christa (Craig), Tika (Curtis), Ilyana (Yan), Alexander (Leslie), Hanna (Alec) and Christopher.
