He was predeceased by: his parents, Percival Dowsett and Cora Dowsett; and his sister Anne Maxwell. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his daughters, Julie Dowsett (Andrew Hryhorowych) and Heather Dowsett; his niece Jennifer Maxwell (Michael Thorp); and his grandson Luke Burton Hryhorowych-Dowsett. He is also survived by many other family members, friends.
