Joan Sorensen Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Sorensen (London, Ontario), born in Dinsmore, Saskatchewan, who passed away on March 20, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband George Sorensen; her parents, Gibson Gebbie and Elizabeth Gebbie; and her siblings, Carol Garnett (Bob), Robert Gebbie (Monica) and Jack Gebbie.

She is survived by: her daughters, Kate Whatley (John), Darcy Chelchowski (Bill McComb) and Kelly Wicks (late Dennis); and her sister-in-law Betty Anne Graf. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
