She was predeceased by: her husband Leo Van Leeuwen; and her son Richard (late Rita Van Leeuwen). She is survived by: her children, Ernie Van Leeuwen (Lois) and Jettie Plumb (Michael). She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and six great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations made to Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
