He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jean Evelyn Elsie (Nichol) and Alastair McMurdo McNeil of St. John's, Newfoundland.; his significant other Shelley Yeo; his sons, Jamie (Hanh) and Chris (Karly); his grandchildren, Morgan and Connor; his sister Deborah (Mike); his partner's daughter Rebeca Morrison (Glenn Young); and also, Ema and Luc.
