It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jennifer Lynn Clifford (London, Ontario), who passed away on July 24, 2024, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Ross Moore; her daughters, Samantha (Matthew) and Melissa Moore; and her granddaughter Ellie.

In lieu of flowers or living memorials the family asks that donations be made in Jennifer's name to the East Carling Public School Breakfast Club by mailing a cheque to 814 Quebec Street, London, Ontario, N5Y 1X4 with "East Carling Nutritional Program" in the memo, or a charity supporting education such as the Thames Valley Education Foundation, reflecting her passions and commitment to making the world a better place.
