She was predeceased by: her husband Mark Alward. She is survived by: her close friend Wayne St. Germain; her sons, Dan Lalonde (Shirley), Justin Alward (Jenna), Eric Alward (Adam), Martin Goddard and Stephen Alward; and her grandchildren, Zack, Jake, Alice and Conor.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
