He was predeceased by: his daughter Mandy; his father Simon Guay; his parents-in-law, Johanna and Johannes Molenkamp; and his siblings, Charlotte Bailey, Val and Russell MacDonald.
He is survived by: his wife Tammy; his mother Evelyn MacDonald; and his sisters, Melanie MacDonald, Jenny MacDonald (Graham Tait) and Judy Miller (Bill Craine). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
