He is survived by: his wife Angela; his children, Martha and John (Cathy); his grandchildren, Saundra (Jim) and Blake (Koralee); and his siblings, Draga Golop, Matija Kržič, Stan, Alberta, Jožiča Trček and Paul.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to be made to the Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital.
