“I’m very sorry to learn of Jane’s passing. She was a distant cousin and we only met once at a family gathering, but her energy, warmth and confidence stood out. She made a beeline to meet me, because she was then just considering adoption, and had heard I was adopted, and had some personal questions for me. I guess I passed her test, because the birth of her family is history. May she rest in power for all the hope, possibility and love she created. Dawn Upfold”
