He is survived by: his children, Cathy, Jenny (Tom) and Brian; his grandchildren, Shawna (Jon), Jessica, Melissa, Lindsey, Alana and Brandon (Katie); and his siblings, Gerry (Connie), Piet (Rina), Bert (Ellie), Jan (Donna), Jos (Leny), Paul (Ans) and Dick Brouwer (Joyce).
