She was predeceased by: her husband George Blake; her parents, Cephas Albert Muxworthy and Harriet Lavenia Cornish; her grandparents, John, Sarah Muxworthy, Thomas and Amelia Cornish; her uncle Amos (Clarence Muxworthy); her siblings, Alma Hanson (Mervin), Vera Muxworthy, Ella Muxworthy and Howard Muxworthy; her niece Eileen Balogh; and her nephew-in-law Clyde Reay.

She is survived by: her daughter Roxie (Gary); her nieces, Dorothy (Don) and Helen; her great-nephew Ricky; her nephews, Timothy, Jamie, Alex, Darrin (Leila), Logan, Kaley, Nolan, Derek (Robin) and Briar; and her cousins, Marg Riley, Jim Muxworthy (Shirley), Neil Muxworthy (Alma), Myrtle Strong and John Muxworthy.
