He was predeceased by: his parents, Elisabeth van Leeuwen and Govert Verberg; his wife Gerda; and his siblings, Jaap, Fer, Johan, Annie and Hank.
He is survived by: his children, Yvonne Verberg, Ingrid Keith (Bob) and Bryan Verberg (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Jeffrey Keith (Dani), Angus Scott Keith (May), Paige Verberg and Jacob Verberg; his great grandchildren, Juniper and Rowan Keith; his siblings, Alice, Bep, Ceciel and Wim; and his close friend Willy Van Bree.
