He was predeceased by: his brother Michael Chambers. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Chambers; his children, Amy (Banfield), Andrew, Jeremy (Rona), Ryan (Stephanie) and Jen (Joe); his grandchildren, Brandon, Miranda, Tomlyn, Michael, Quinn, Charlotte and Cole; his brothers, Stephen and Brian Chambers; and his mother-in-law Betty Rex.
