He was predeceased by: his parents, George Wands and Jean Wands; and his nephew George Wands. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Wands (Glassford); his sons, Adam, Derek and James Wands (Emma); his grandchildren, Bella and Charlie Wands; his siblings, George Wands (Claudine) and Dr. Kimberley Wands; his siblings-in-law, John Glassford (Joanne), Paul Glassford (Anne), Debbie GIbson, Vicki Millman (John) and Jennifer Glassford; his nieces and nephews, Jarret Wands (Alisha), Ben Wands (Amanda), Kate Sutter (Pat), Victoria Wands, Sarah MIllman, John Millman, Megan Arn (Dan), David Gibson (Linsay), Laren Guy (Ian), Lindsay Glassford (Evan), Danielle Glassford, Holly Glassford (Julie) of Blake Glassford, TJ and Matthew Glassford; his aunt Doreen Clark; his friends, Kurt, Mary Kilsch, Mark Gore (Betsy), Jay Gore and John Millman; and his sister Vicki Millman.
