He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernie Rubik and Diana Hussey. He is survived by: his children, Brooke, Jennifer and Jay (Jody); his grandchildren, Hanaa, Haley, Abby, Jessy and Keria; and his siblings, Debbie Sweetman (Bob), Jody Menyweathers (late Phil Ruby) and Mickey McCarthy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
