We are sad to announce that on April 19, 2023, at the age of 84, Elizabeth Eleanor (Hern) Schweitzer of London, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Earl Hern; her children, Wendy Sutherland Bradley Powell (Robert), Blair Masschelein and Phillip Masschelein (Laura); her stepdaughters, Alice Melfi (John), Cindy Schweitzer-Blaha (John) and Debbie Jeffery (Brian); her grandchildren, Kyle, Dylan Sutherland, Blake, Caroline, Liam Masschelein, Charlotte, Reed Masschelein, Kayla Melfi, Joshua Melfi (Marsh), Natasha Melfi (Matthew) and Ashley Jeffrey (Chris); her great grandchildren, Annabelle, Emma-Lynne, Celle and Gia; her siblings, Carol Hern, Ruth McLeod (John), Susan Parsons (Blain) and David Hern (Gayle); her siblings-in-law, Brian Schweitzer (Doreen) and Denise Johnston (late David); her husband Garth Schweitzer; and also Ruby Elizabeth Hern (Dowds).
