He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry and Sandy; his stepmother Mary; and his brother Grant. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his sons, Josh (Maaike) and Luke (Miranda); his grandchildren, Ella and Henry; his brother Rick (Pat); his nephew Scott; and his sisters, Gloria Marshall (Alex) and Chris Ross (Jean).
