She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence Gilbert; her son Gary Gilbert; her grandson Brandon Carreiro; and her parents, Ethel Noyes and Charles Noyes.

She is survived by: her children, Greg Gilbert (Lori), Gayle Carreiro (George) of Strathroy and Glennda Gilbert of London; and her grandchildren, Christine (Jose), Tabitha Carreiro, Brittany, Kyle, Robi Gilbert, Stacey (Bob), Tyler Gilbert (Daniele) and Travis Barratt.
