She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ottaway and Ida Ottaway; and her husband John Stewart Breen. She is survived by: her daughter Margaret Agnes Breen; her grandchildren, Teresa Cassandra Baszak, John Anthony Baszak and Luke Joseph Baszak; her son-in-law Arthur Baszak; and also Irene Baszak (Busia).

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation be made in support of the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre or St. Joseph's Hospital on the Queensway.
