He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Carter and Vera Carter. He is survived by: his wife Sheila; his children, Kimberley (John) and Brad (Jen); his grandchildren, Jacob (Alexandra), Lucas and Tye; his sister Heather Guit; and his brother-in-law Jim Arnold (Bev).
