He was predeceased by: his son Wayne; and his brother Bill Smith. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley; his children, Bonnie Osgood (Nicholas) and Stephen Smith; his grandson James Osgood (Lindsay Lake); his great grandchildren, Ella, Owen and Tenley; his grandchild Hayley Hope (Chris); his great grandchildren, Kayla and Sophie; and his siblings, Wilbur Smith and Evelyn McNeil (late Alex).
