He was predeceased by: his grandparent Hon; and his uncle Robert Chamberlain (Sandi) of Port Stanley. He is survived by: his parents, Doug Chamberlain and Lori Chamberlain (Smith); his sister Mallory of Port Stanley; his grandparents, Larry and Lynn Smith of St. Thomas; his aunts, Carol Trow (John) of British Columbia and Stacy Halkidis (Bob) of North Carolina; and his uncle Craig Smith (Shirley) of Oakville. He is also survived by his cousins and friends.
