She was predeceased by: her mother Elsie Waterston; and her sister Lana Waterston. She is survived by: her daughter Michelle Douglas; her grandsons, Amari and Mekhi Douglas; her sister Barbara Graham (Les); her daughter Melissa El Khatib; and her cousins, Karen Larson and Jane Heetderks.
