She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyall Howey and Jean Howey. She is survived by: her husband Tim; her children, Tammie Heisler (Bill) and Deryk (Amanda); her grandchildren, Jordan and Alex; and her siblings, Jim Howey (Wendy), Jerry Howey (Marg) and Darlene McDonald (Sid). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and many extended family members and friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Forest Lawn Funeral Home (1997 Dundas St, London, ON N5V1P6). A memorial service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. The inurnment was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Inurnment Forest Lawn Cemetery (2001 Dundas St, London, ON N5V1P6).

In Debbie's memory, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
