He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Rush and Margaret Rush. He is survived by: his significant other Linda Smart; his children, Michael Rush and Chris Rush (Tyrean Rush); his grandchildren, Taylor, Lauren, Kayla (Gary George), Dylan, James, Keane, Kyla, Shaelyn, Reed and Blair; his great grandchild Mckenzie; his siblings, Don, Clayton and Cheryl; and also, Kelly Smart and Tara Smart (TJ Stoltz).
