He was predeceased by: his siblings, John and Joan. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia; his sons, Michael (Leisa), David (Mandy) and Scott Faulkner (Julie); his grandchildren, Matthew (Lauren), Braden, Caden, Brennan and Mason Faulkner; and his brother Dr. Brian Faulkner (Pat). He is also survived by his family and friends.
