It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dana Fazlic (London, Ontario), who passed away on February 15, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Dejan Fazlic; her son Andrew Lee; her parents, Pamela Hart (Mark) and David Albert (Lori); her siblings, Barbie MacDonald, Tara Hart and Samantha Hart; her nieces and nephews, Danielle, Jacquon, Jeanesta, Lilyee, Jayse, Jaiden, Isabella, Daris and Miron; her parents-in-law, Pasaga and Darinka; her siblings-in-law, Danijela and Amar; her grandparents, Georgina, Jim Bryson and Margaret Rose Albert; and her pet Jeb. She was also cherished by many aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family and friends.
