Corrie left this world on June 14, 2024 at the age of 94, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Adrian Kop and Elisabeth Kop (Meeuwesen); her son Edward Spitters (Annette); and her husband Adrian Spitters. She is survived by: her children, Marian Spitters (Harry), Lisa McLachlan (Kevin) and Richard Spitters (Cindy); and her grandchildren, Connor (Shalyn), Bianca (Jimmy), Blair (Terrah), Michael (Dani), Nicholas (Sam), Brock, Logan, Christian, Taysom, Kole, Nash, Bowen and Spencer.
