He was predeceased by: his former wife Evelyn Hirtle. He is survived by: his wife Gail Mason Winaut; his children, Spurgeon, Faith McDonald (Dwaine) of Kingston, Carol Marinic (Zoran) of Toronto, Grace Lemon (Richard) of Flesherton and Rose Mitchell (David) of London; and his stepdaughters, Lori Canfield of London and Jan Canfield of Toronto. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
