He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Geoffrey, Carol (Robert), Roger (Patricia), Sally (Chandran) and Wendy Reed; his grandchildren, Charlie, Eleanor, Sandi, Dean, Jasmin, Lindsay, Gregory, Daniel, Andrew, Michelle, Jillian and Joel; his great grandchildren, Jacob, Ella, Ainsley, Sadie, Claire and Abigail; and his sisters, Audrey Gray and Marjorie Vickers.
