He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Bailey (Collins); his parents, Adam Bailey and Gertrude Bailey; and his brothers, William, Henry, Harold (Margaret), Robert (Georgina) and Colin (Margaret).
He is survived by: his children, Judith Bailey of London, Michael Bailey (Deborah) of London and Janet Bulmer (David) of Denfield; and his grandsons, Tyler Bulmer and Spencer Bulmer. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Alzheimer's society or a charity of choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
