He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Campbell and Mary Campbell; his brothers, Victor, Cecil and Lawrence; his siblings-in-law, Joyce, Bertie and Wesley Jefferson; his sons, Brian, Barry and Keith Snell; his niece Susan Jefferson-Pursiainen; and his nephews, Larry and Jaron Campbell.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Campbell; his siblings, Lois Snell of Swastika, ON, Hugh (Orleana) and Harold of Ottawa; and his siblings-in-law, Don Jefferson (Marie) of Clinton and Eilleen Jefferson of Donnybrook. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and grand-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Frank to the London Regional Cancer Program, Byron United Church or the Byron-Springbank Legion (Branch 533) would be appreciated.
