He was predeceased by: his wife Marjorie Manning (Laird); his son Paul Manning; his siblings, Keith, John, Marilyn and Joan; and his parents, William Manning and Elsie Manning (Todd).
He is survived by: his children, Marie, Mike Black, Janice Manning, Mark and Linda Manning; his siblings, Oliver Manning and Rikie Nooyen; and his sister-in-law Dorothy Williams. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
