He was predeceased by: his wife Susie; his parents, Jack and Jean; and his brothers, Paul and Peter.
He is survived by: his siblings, Bill (Pam) and Susie (Terry Jack); his children, John (Karen), Toots (Bill Clayton) and Joel (Dominique Noël); and his grandchildren, Kristen (Alex), Ryan, Billy, Charlotte and James. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers (he always preferred fake ones anyway), a donation can be made to the London Health Sciences Foundation.
