He was predeceased by: his mother Norma Jean Warwick (Carnie). He is survived by: his father Richard Warwick; his siblings, Rick Warwick (Lisa Speedie) and Lori McCullough (Ken); his nieces and nephews, Meagan, Kristen, Tyler, Austin, Marissa, Curtis, Cameron and Evan; and his aunts, Deanna Klauka and Marlene Warwick. He is also survived by many cousins and great friends.
