He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Baskette and Norma Baskette; and his former wife Margaret Baskette (Hyatt). He is survived by: his sons, John (Julie Anne) of London, Eric (Shirlyn) of Vancouver and Kurt Baskette of Katy, Texas; his granddaughters, Johanna and Jillian; his sister Anne Slade; his niece Heather (Stephan); his nephew Brad (Melissa); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ethan and Aubrey Slade.
