She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Kendra. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Spurgeon; her sons, Tom (Patrizia), Jay and Ken (Jenn); and her grandchildren, Keenan, Leona, Zach, Chloe, Josh, Kylee and Kayden. She is also survived by her parents and siblings.
